Morning and Afternoon Routine

Times may adjust slightly based on the needs of the children, but the daily rhythm stays consistent.

Morning

8:00 – 9:00a
Arrival & Breakfast
Children are welcomed into a warm, structured environment where they enjoy a nutritious breakfast, socialize with peers, and ease into the day’s routine feeling comfortable and ready to learn.
9:00 – 9:30
Learning Module 1
This morning learning block focuses on core academic foundations such as communication, literacy, math, and school-readiness skills through structured, age-appropriate activities.
9:30 – 10:00
Learning Module 2
Children engage in cognitive exploration through hands-on discovery, problem-solving, and early STEM concepts that build critical thinking and curiosity.
10:00 – 11:00
Outdoor Module 3 & Lunch Prep
Outdoor learning combines physical activity with guided exploration to strengthen gross motor skills, teamwork, and overall wellness.
11:00 – 12:00
Lunch & Hygiene Routine
Children enjoy a nutritious meal while practicing healthy habits like handwashing, table manners, and self-care routines that support independence and well-being.

Afternoon

12:00 – 2:30
Nap Time
Time to rest and recharge. Nap time gives growing bodies and busy minds a peaceful break. With cozy mats and a calm atmosphere, children relax, reset, and wake up refreshed.
2:30 – 3:00
1st Snack
After nap, children enjoy a healthy snack that refuels their bodies and boosts their energy for more afternoon learning and play.
3:00 – 4:00
Learning Module 4 & 5
This afternoon block encourages creativity, self-expression, art, music, dramatic play, social development, life skills, teamwork, communication, independence, and emotional growth.
4:00 – 5:30
Outdoor Free Play & 2nd Snack
Children head outside for active play, games, and fresh air. Afterward, they enjoy a light, healthy snack as the day begins to wind down.
5:30 – 6:00
Wind Down & Dinner Prep
As the day winds down, children relax with quiet activities and prepare for evening care. Dinner time gives them a chance to enjoy a warm meal and end the day feeling calm and cared for.
